I agree with halfway on this one. Its good. I highly enjoy it and am left in suspense.. but its more of a soap opera right now. We saw like... maybe 5 minutes combined of zombies. I actually kinda like it that way now.. but i hope (and i think next episode.. whatever a season mid finally is) there will be ridiculous zombie explosions.
Its good, i really enjoy the direction they are going with it, but its not so much zombie killing anymore. Maybe they are just getting the characters and relationships setup for the next season. This could be.

People like you are so annoying, the comic books have ALWAYS been more about the drama that goes on between the humans than the actual zombies. The zombies are just hurdles, their real problems are desperately trying to survive in a world that's gone to **** and dealing with other unpredictable survivors. The Governor was the biggest threat ever to the group in the comic books, he did more damage to them than the zombies have done in all 91 issues. The walking dead will always be focused around the humans, get over it.

I really liked the first season because it was gory and exciting. The story wasn't anything new, but the feel was unique. The second season has been very disappointing. There's barely any zombies anymore... kind of ridiculous, considering. This season is definitely more centered on the characters, which aren't even very likable. Sucks... One zombie kill per episode is ridiculous considering its called the walking dead. Give me more zombies and less BS character development. Most of the characters suck anyways.
I didn't liked the first season.
But this season is starting to be really good, from Save The Last One.
