Is the main plot consistent, like if i read the comic books would i know the plot of future episodes?Is the walking dead tv show consistent with the comic book?
They're close but not identical.



For instance, in the comic Lori %26amp; Shane only have sex once %26amp; she regrets it immediately. In the AMC series, they have an actual relationship for the 2-4 weeks until Rick returns.



I've never read the comic but people who have, told me about this.Is the walking dead tv show consistent with the comic book?

I think that it is fairly consistent but at the same time different enough to make it worth your while to watch.
