The Walking Dead is on AMC. I'm not sure what channel that is in your area though. The AMC website has the season 2 premiere up now. They post the episodes on their website after they air on television. If you don't have the AMC channel you can watch them online (100% legally). It's on AMC, which is on satelite or digital cable. We just watched season 1 on netflix as well. Season 2 episodes can be downloaded in full from the website.
